Contract end

Hello. I received an email that 5th of October my contract will end and price will increase. I don't need any additional payments. Please cancel your services straight as contract will finish. I don't want to pay any extra. If you can offer me a better price for new contract please let me know.

As you are talking to other Sky customers only here you will need to contact Sky to cancel or just sign up to alternative broadband supplier via the switching service.

You need to contact Sky to negotiate a new discount. We are fellow customers here.

The below link explains how to switch to an alternative provider or the various methods on cancelling completely.

If you cancel before your contract ends (minimum term), you might have to pay an early termination charge (Sky will notify you if you do and how much they’ll charge).

NOTE: One Touch Switching only applies to broadband and Talk and not a TV subscription.

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of the 14 day notice period. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.
