As you are talking to other customers only via here you will have to call Sky to see if they will offer you another discount and if they do you will need to make a decision on the spit and it will come with a new 24 month contract.

@Jolanta85 Sky cannot reply to forum posts. In practice the best option is to shop around first a better deal then call Sky to see if they can match or beat it. Modt isps give sttractive time limited discounts to attract new customers so look at the whole deal before jumping.
If you decide to seitch use the one touch switching system where tge new provider handles the cancellation with Sky meaning the seitch should be seamless.
