Dear Sky Customer Service Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to inform you that my current contract with Sky is due to end soon. I have been a satisfied customer and appreciate the service provided. However, I would like to explore different offers available that might better suit my current needs.

Could you please provide me with information on the latest packages or offers I can switch to, along with any promotional deals that may apply?

I look forward to your assistance and guidance in making this transition smooth.

to discuss your options you need to call sky directly yourself

What package are you on at the moment . Superfast fttc or ultrafast fttp?
