I need to speak to someone in tech support, getting nowhere with online help, it is ridiculous!

@Harriet6  Just dial 150 on your landline phone and listen through the voice prompts to get help. The call does not cost you anything.

Landline doesn't work as very crackly is it 150 from mobile aswell?

@Harriet6  What is the exact issie that you are having? Is it to do with your broadband or phone or both?
