Hello, I'm moving into a my first home next week and it won't let me join sky broadband due to the old owners who lived or stayed there before I was wondering how this all works? Being I want to join??

@Maizie22  What information is it giving you while trying to join Sky? Do you have Sky broadband at the address you are at just now?

If the previous owners have not yet cancelled their connection or arranged a home move you may be blocked from ordering yourself. Have you phoned Sky and spoke to them about this as the advisor may be able to work around it by ordering a new line or placing a cease on the previous occupants line.
