Do Sky have an email I could email?! I don't really want to hang on hold, it's not that urgent. 
Someone has crash into the green cabinet at the top of the street. I've been offline since Saturday AM. I know, no fault of Sky, but I'm paying for a service I'm not being provided, so wondered about some discount on my bill. Not really worth a phonecall, do you think?!

@Lyns198989  Would assume that Sky already know about it and Openreach are dealing with the cabinet and getting it back to a fit state of working for everyone in the area.

Not discount as such but see this link re auto compensation for when there is a total loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it once the fault has been fixed. It will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.

Contact them ASAP via phone.

 

If you don't then you won't get the £8.40/day compensation you are entitled to.

Thank you. Should be entitled to compensation automatically. Managed to get in touch with someone via Facebook Messenger.
