New customer changeover

Hi there I've moved into my new flat, there is already a sky hub and tv in the flat, so I have chosen sky for broadband and tv, is there anyway I can get them to activate it before the day of install. Thanks David

No, work still has to be done by Openreach at your local cabinet to get the connection sorted so the lead time Sky has given you will be the earliest available.

Typically Sky hardware isn't left like that, and usually cannot be transferred between subscribers.
