Contact Details
Can someone advise on the best number to phone Sky on to have my Master Socket moved within my property? I've found the website unhelpful in finding this information.

@Hugh8642 any Sky customer service number will connect you to their IVR system. If you use your Sky Talk line dual 150 which also works on a Sky Mobile and the call is free. Any customer servicecsgent should be able to handle your enquiry but as it can involve a cost you have to ordef over the phone chst etc wont normally work.

I should also say that I do not have a Sky phone line.

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
