Constant no connection

Since switching to better broadband it is never connected, service checker says it looks good but sky q box says no Internet. This has been happening for weeks and its every single day. I have followed the steps on all the help and it makes no difference

I have the same issue. My Sky Q box just drops connection. Sometimes it is still connected wirelessly to the Network ( Non Sky Router ) and has no internet connection or sometimes it loses the network connection. Either 3 Xs in Network Settings or 2 Xs. All other devices e.g. Alexa , Amazon FireTV would be up and running , even when connected to the same TV. It is happening on a daily basis and sometime more than once a day.

Yes, nothing there to support. I have to think it is a h/w issue maybe with internal NIC
