@PluckleyJacqui Have you tried to factory reset the TV as if it is coming out of the box and connecting to the internet for the first time?

Hi I have black router and 2 white boosters - our sky glass in the lounge works perfectly, the issue occurs on a Samsung smart tv in another room

@PluckleyJacqui Has it ever connected to the Sky router or have you always had problems with it?

Re: Constant buffering and network error
Yes it's worked fine for ages - just this past week the constant problem - could it be the tv that's the issue?

Re: Constant buffering and network error
Hi I have had constant issues with my broadband since swapping from Utility warehouse. I have 7 things linked to the WiFi and all are struggling to connect together at the same time which was never an issue with my previous broadband

Re: Constant buffering and network error
@harlott Sky hubs can connect many more than 7 devices but depending on the speed of your service you may hit issues using all 7 at once. A lot depends on what the devices are 7 gaming devices all online will stress the hub's capacity. If you give some further details forum members should be able to advise but includecthe speed to your hub reported in the Service Checker in the My Sky app.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
