Constant WiFi dropouts and or no Internet Connection

Hi, have had new Sky service for over 3 weeks, so system should have settled down a while ago.

However, we are getting constant dropouts or lost Internet connections during the day.

I have a monitor running and the record for the working day is 48 dropouts.

The worst time is if doing Zoom or MS Team calls (embarrasing).

We are suppoed to have Sky Max on a 500+ mbs line with Openreach.

We also use Sky TV with a Puck and often get messages (ie Oops, somethings wrong) or the Sky TV wont connect when starting a program (say ITV) or Netflix).

In addition, (and not connected to the above)  the WiFi range can be intermittent in that sometimes you can connect in the kitchen which is less than 10 metres away from the Sky Router.

I have kept the settings on the router as delivered except for changing the SSID and its password.

Are there any suggestions to dramtically reduce the dropouts and improve the "reach" of the router

Regards

John
