Poor WiFi in house

Hi I've moved to sky broadband from BT but my signal in the house is not strong it's buffering on our devices and the additional sky box in our bedroom buffering, my mobile is dropping in and out of connection, it's saying 909mbps to the house but then dropping very low when used multiple testing apps for speed around our house, in our bedroom last night it was around 80! Can this be investigated

@Martin2040

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that can cause this so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
