Constant Internet Issues
Recently new broadband customer and been having connection issues consistently since it was installed. Paying for Sky WiFi Max. My phone and children's devices constantly losing connection to the hub, I end up having to use my phone data to hotspot their devices (have a son with ASD who's becoming increasingly frustrated) I thought Virgin internet wasn't the best but I'm finding myself yearning for it. Everytime I go online, it says my speeds and connections are fine. I'm tempted to cancel completely.

Re: Constant Internet Issues
@Katie239 if you devices are losing connection to the hub the issue is likely to be poor wifi coversge in your home.First check the hub is in the best place which is out in the open on a surface abocecobstructions like radistors. After thst as you have WiFi Max call Sky as they should dupply one or more extender pods or arrange for an engineer to check your home network.
