Connectivity Drops

Hello, My connection has been dropping frequently within the past 2 weeks. I have run your diagnostic tool on the app and it says everything checks put "ok" however this is not the case. I'm sure you can track dropouts from this IP within the last 2 weeks and will see that it has happened more time than acceptable. At times, there's no stable connection for more than 10-20 minutes. Please can you look into this and let me know when this will be resolved. I have restarted the modem countless times. Thank you.
