Sky Full Fibre Install Date Cancelled

Im due to have full fibre installed on 12th November but on checking today it now says full fibre install cancelled with on future date given.

@ballyally13 youbwill havecto speak to Sky as to what is happening but this can happen if Openreaxh the network supplier cannot accept Sky's order. To help I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
