Im due to have full fibre installed on 12th November but on checking today it now says full fibre install cancelled with on future date given.

Find out more@ballyally13 youbwill havecto speak to Sky as to what is happening but this can happen if Openreaxh the network supplier cannot accept Sky's order. To help I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
