There is no connection in my dons room, this is not acceptable, I was told connection wouldn't be a problem for dons gaming before I switched, can you plz rectify this problem ad soon as possible.

Yes no WiFi reaching his room, I've called up, our Internet speed is half what it should ge so they working on it now x
