Broadband again

Having problems again with broadband. Keeps cutting off and on. This is happening far too often. Reset router then it cuts off.  Sky says no broadband connected but all lights are on router. This is shocking now. It's nearly every day.

Doesn't let me go on this. I add the user name & password and nothing happens apart from asking me again

Are you using an Apple device? If so can you try with either a non-apple device or not Safari at least.
