Connection

I have had sky since Wednesday 14th and having trouble with the speed offered, when I game on my Xbox it's poor when I try and watch a movie it's buffering and our phones struggling can you help

@Steven09 what speed have you been told yo would get what speed arte you getting, how are you measuring the speed you are getting and can you post your router stats as per the link below
