Our sky boxes cut out every night with the message no connectivity it's a joke the amount we pay
wifi never works properly and is really slow

Find out more@KylieSimon if you have Sky broadband can you pist your hub's stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics as these will help forum members to work out what maybe wrong. Can you also which Sky TV system you are buying out of Sky HD+, Sky Q or Sky Stream.
