No internet

My internet light is not on. The wireless and power lights are green. I have the Sky Q hub. I have tried turning it off and rebooting it, replugging all the cables back in, resetting it etc but nothing is working. There is a problem with the broadband as per the app/website but when going through all the trouble shooting steps and asks me to check the broadband it comes up sayin "OOPS. Our tests aren't working at the moment please come back later. This was 48h ago. Please help.

@Twilight04 that is not a good story but given forum members are customers like yourself I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

 

They are pretty experienced and hopefully can get to the bottom of what has gone wrong and get it sorted.
