Connection will drop for a few minutes every 20 mins or so

My connection will drop regularly. Middle light will turn flashing amber then off then after a little while back to green. Been happing consistently for 2 days

@Tamagoochi Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Same issue here, internet keeps dropping and loosing connection SO53 area. A disruptive day to WFH!
