My connection will drop regularly. Middle light will turn flashing amber then off then after a little while back to green. Been happing consistently for 2 days

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Same issue here, internet keeps dropping and loosing connection SO53 area. A disruptive day to WFH!
