Connection wifi issue

Since morning I have rebooted internet and it worked for 5 minutes and then all my work is lost due to having connection issues

we have a restaurant and a cafe 100m away from each other and they both dont have broadband since this morning.

sky helpline is an absolute joke - was waiting for 83minutes before it disconnected me

True:) They just signpoted to troubleshooting guide and hanged up! Absolutely a joke! Charging premium rate and useless!!
