Hi,
I have a missing ONT power cable in my new home and my WiFi is due to be activated soon.
Can someone please point me in the right direction about how to address this. Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@KOS1 You will have to wait till after activation date before it will be actioned on. In tracking orders does it say engineer visit or remote activation?

I think it's a remote activation.
but I won't be able to activate it as I don't have a power cable for the ONT box

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@KOS1 With the activation meaning that the connection to Sky will be activated by Openreach at the exchange level. That is when you can contact Sky about the missing power cable for the ONT.

Hi,
That is not helpful, why can't I get the power cable before the activation date so I can actually use the wifi on the day I should be able to. That makes no sense
