Poor response / download time when accessing any webpage

When I try to access a webpage, eg bbc.co.uk, from my phone, iPad, laptop, it can take 30+secs to load the page. Normally I will disconnect from WiFi and flip to my mobile phone as a WiFi hotspot. It then connects almost instantaneously.

My son gets aunable to play due to broadband connection" message on his PS5. 

i have run the broadband checker, the results suggest no issues, there definitely is an issue.

I have three BT wholesome white discs is various places around the house. Performance has never been an issue until I flipped to Sky Broadband

here are my router stats. Any guidance would be very much appreciated.

@Rich2524  Are you able to tell us if you have broadband boost or Sky broadband max subscription. If you are running these devices all off Wi-Wi you are finding that the Sky router is not as good as BT's offering.

Hi, I don't have boost or max, my sub is Ultrafast Plus. My issues are to do with the quality of the sky router?

@Rich2524  If the Wi-Fi signal is not getting to the whole of the property then you will need to speak to Sky about a booster or find a solution that you can get your self.
