@Lee1510 your Sky hub is either updating or someone pressed the WPS button.  If the hub does not reconnect in few minutes unplug its power briefly and then allow to reboot.  If it still doesnt reconnect run the service checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection to che k if Sky know about the problem if they dont call them and report it.
