New hub set up help
Hi, we had this to set up yesterday and following all the online advice we have had no luck getting it to connect!
any help greatly appreciated

@Valerno1 that does not look to be the Openreach master socket which should be branded Openreach or if old BT. Finding and using that to connect the new Sky hub even if only to troubleshoot is a good start.
