@chezkiebarb123 you need to establish whthervtge hub is losing connection or its an issue with your devices losing the WiFi. This trouble shooter can help https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

 

If it is as likely the WiFi in your home then consider if using an ethernet cable from the hub to your work laptop maybe possible as that gives the most stable connection for working. WiFi is liable to interference etc and is far less reliable.
