I received my new router and it won't connect to my Sky Q box. It won't even find the router. Every time I press and hold the WPS button I loose internet connection on my router! Very frustrating

@Rachel144 do you have the white Sky hub if so dont use WPS instead choose tge non-Sky option and enter the password.
