Connection keeps dropping
Even though the modem is connected with all 3 dots green,, the connection repeatedly throughout the day will drop or become slow for no apparent reason. This has been happening for a few days now.

@PhilipJ9 Do you still have all the three green lights when as you say the Internet connection drop's?

Yes, all 3 dots still show as green when the connection drops.

@PhilipJ9 Slow can be just a time when the network get's busy, the drops are no Internet data connection but the hub is still up and connected, if you leave it alone does it re-connect all by itself, or are you finding you have to switch off then on again.

It does re-connect itself within a couple of minutes, but this never used to happen before.

@PhilipJ9 One solution that has been about for yonks, and the connection struggles is power off the hub that you have, leave it for an hour or so and hope that it re-connects in a different path to sky. There is NO easy way to find out why the hub is playing up, so eliminate the external possible problem first!
If you do have the Sky Q version of the hub models ER110/115 then do watch out for the requested phased changeover from sky, either by e-mail or letter.
When it happens have a look at the devices ie do you get connected to wireless but NO internet connection, on a phone that is normally displayed as the wireless bar's with an ! exclamation mark right next to or showing so.

Ok, I will try powering it off for an hour or so and see what happens when I reconnect. Nothing on any device looks out of place when the connection drops
