No internet

No internet.

Have done all of the remedy work such as restarting router, unplugging, resetting etc etc but cannot get any device to connect.

Sky diagnostics say everything is fine but it obviously isn't.  Power light green, internet no light, WiFi green, voice orange

@LHMellor Light state does say the internet connection is down. About the lights below, and also the service checker but info will be vague if fault is unknown.
