@Totalwar2 run the connection test in the My Sky app which works both over the link or via mobile. Thst will check for known issues and run some diagnostics. If it picks up a fault it can order a check by an Openreach engineer saving a phone call. Also check the line drops do not conincidexwith an event in your home like a phone ringing or an appliance being used as those are issues you have to sort yourself.

The way the system is designed to work is the Digital Line Management system continually monitors the line if a pre-programmed limit on line drops or data errors is exceed thecsystem resets the parameters overnight increasing or decreasing the noise margin lowering or increasing the speed.

When first connected the system is set to around 6dB on a good line on the right cabinet may go down to 3dB which takes roughly 2 weeks during this "training period" Openreach normally wont accept speed complaints. The value on your line is currently 6.4dB which is consider to still be normal. It is only when the system cant deliver a stable connection with speeds at or above the guarenteed minimum that Openreach will take action.

With that in mind report the issue to Sky and ask they get Openreach to do what they can. Dont becsurprised if the go through a number of steps like changingbthe hub , fitting a new master socket etc as these can help in some circumstances and can be done by Sky's own engineers.
