Connection keeps Cutting out while watching apps

Netflix won't even load and you tube keeps cutting out, pausing and flitting

@Amyashworth86 assuming you are using WiFi to stream yhe issue is almost certainly poorcWiFi signal level. Video streaming requires both a reasonablecspedd say 10Mb/s for HD or 25Mb/s for UHD and judt as important the signal nedds to be free of interference. You can test speeds by using the Network Test in the Get Help menu in the Netflix app but as mentioned you can have sufficent babdwidth and still hit issues with interference especially if you have lots of close neighbours.

 

You can sometimes clear interference by rebooting your hub, just disconnectvthe power fir a few seconds, as while starting up it should find the best WiiFi channel. Beyond that consider if the streaming device and hub are in the best position which is out in the open and above obstructions like radiators. After tgat you are into paying for better kit if you cannot connect the streaming devicecto the hub using an ethernet cable which is tge best sokution of all.
