Connection issues

My connection keeps cutting out when working from home. My office is in a ground floor bedroom and there are no obstructions. Only had this for 10 days and need it to be sorted

@Bev591 Are you on a wired connection, do you see anything on the hub when you lose the connection, you are talking to customers like your self on this Forum and not to sky, the About at the top off the page will give you everything you need to know. Copied the tips link also there if it is off any use for you also.
