My broadband is terrible on phones and other wireless connections. I have tested the broadband on the sky app and all comes back ok, but it won't even do the smallest of things like send a WhatsApp message or load social media.
@Beatrice4 Go have a look on your account and adjust the Broadband Shield setting, it will more than likely clear a lot off issues up, and allow 24hrs for it to filter through. If you cannot change it yourself then call sky and they will do it for you.
