Broadband issues

My broadband is terrible on phones and other wireless connections. 
I have tested the broadband on the sky app and all comes back ok, but it won't even do the smallest of things like send a WhatsApp message or load social media.

@Beatrice4 Go have a look on your account and adjust the Broadband Shield setting, it will more than likely clear a lot off issues up, and allow 24hrs for it to filter through. If you cannot change it yourself then call sky and they will do it for you.

What is your  broadband speed 

Do you  have alot of  devices connected to  the  Internet
