Connection issues

I have had Sky broadband for a few weeks. Ever since installation the Internet seems to be dropping out and just getting worse. The app says there are issues but when I run a check it says its fine. Devices keep disconnecting and the Sky TV Hub keeps losing connection and I have to re-enter the wifi password. My sons PlayStation and Metaquest no longer work properly (despite connected and signal excellent)and there are certain websites (Curry's for instance) that I can no longer access on my laptop. I've tried changing settings on the app to no avail. I'm literally at my wits end, especially as I constantly have 2 teenagers complaining that they have no Internet access. Please help!
