Connection issues

My connection works then it doesnt work we watch something then the connection goes on every device and tv, its very frustrating test done on broadband it says everything is fine but there is an issue with something and for the money i spend each month not happy.

I am having exactly the same issues. Every time I try to connected the WiFi just is delayed and slow or completely fails. I then go to test my WiFi connection and it says everything is fine even though there are two orange lights flashing on the WiFi box!! Sky what is going on?

I have ordered the sky max wifi hub, to see if it resolves the issue, if not then it has to be something to do with fibre as only recently got installed and no issues previous.
