Connection issues

Hi I  had an outage with my broadband it's working now but now it says to complete the connection hold the wps button on the broadband router, hold the button in and nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for your reply we have sorted it now there was an issue with the button on the router.👍🏻👍🏻

@T+D+B Were and what device is showing you that request message? WPS is done normally with 2 devices, one on router then also on the device trying to connect.
