Bordband not working

Cable for broadband has come away from box on outside so need engineer visit asap

@Lewis83Is it a safety hazard at all? Do you have any way of contacting Sky to report this. Try running the broadband test and it should flag an xternal issue.


Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
