Connection issues with new installation

Hi there folks, I had sky fibre broadband installed on Wednesday, which was also my live date, but my broadband won't connect to anything, not phones, laptops, iPads or even the Sky pucks, I only just found this out as my partner actually connected the pucks to the Virgin Media broadband instead of the new Sky broadband and only discovered this when this provider cut off, leaving us no internet now, and the kids are going nuts as they can't get online with their gaming consoles. 
Any ideas how to resolve this asap🙏🏻🙏🏻

@Keira4108 you need to talk to Sky so they can get the issue gixed, so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
