Connection issues with broadband

The message on my TV is that I have no internet connection. The TV tells me to go to settings and check network connection status. That tells me there is a problem. So I go to network setup. That tells me to connect to sky broadband wifi which I try but it does not connect even while holding the WPS button down.

If you haven't already try a reboot of your broadband hub at the mains and wit 5 minutes before trying again to get the TV connect to your network.
