Connection issue

My ring doorbell won't connect to WiFi, also tried to pair tonie box and won't connect. Phones and tvs are paired but strange 2 devices won't connect  can you help ?

@Sam6240 video doorbells often are difficult to connectvas WiFi signals do not pass through external walls that well. Try taking your phone outdidecand hold it near the doorbell to see if its WiFi indicator showsca reasonable signal. If it doesnt you may need an WiFi extender neer the doorbell perhaps in the hall. The ring app dies give an indication of signal strength.

 

If the WiFi signal isnt the issue reset the devices on a ring doorbell by holding down the button on the doorbell for up to 20 seconds.
