Connection issue

I've had my wifi set up for only a few days and the connection to my ps5 is terrible, not even playable. Can we find a solution to this or I'm going to have to cancel and find broadband elsewhere.

How far is the PS5 away from the router? Are other devices working okay? What is the speed like?
