Connection issue

My TV went off last night saying no internet, I tried all the usual stuff but nothing worked, I have run a test on the app and it says all looks good but I still can't get any WiFi or connect the stream puk.

Can anyone advise please?

I'm in Cumbria and internet is down. Mon am. Sat waiting for it to come back so I can work.

@Mike46540 run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection which will tell you if there is a known fault. If there isnt report the fault to Sky so they can get it fixed.
