I am having trouble connecting to my work VPN - it was fine up until one lunchtime and then when i logged back in it would not connect. Our IT department tried everything but has told me it is Sky blocking the VPN. I have an old black Sky router - please could someone look into this for me? I have filled in the above mentioned form.

@Laura404 the issue that form addresses only applies to the newer white Sky hubs. The older black hubs are not involved. Your IT department are being unhelpful as there are no known cases of Sky "blockinng" access these issues are down to particular configuration issuesor a specific fault. Assuming you and your company have not made changes try turning your Sky off for a minimum of one hour as thst will reset your session with Sky's servers and hopefully restore your VPN.
