Connection feed bracket attached to house has pulled brick away

The broadband feed to my home from the telephone pole is secured to my house, via an L shape bracket sky fitted on installation. 

The tension has caused the bracket to come away from the wall, meaning the line is now slack. 

What do I do ? - assume engineer visit ? - old boi is hanging on for dear life but who knows, soon maybe cars will be driving over it in the street.
