No internet cable installation
My engineer didn't put any cables in to my flat at all he said he couldn't and he just tested my open reach socket and connected my broadband router and tested Internet speed on his phone my TV keeps buffering im really not happy the mbps is 45.6 I was told the minimum speed would be 100mbps today was my installation date he has just left

@Victoriahester5 you will need to call Sky to see what they say but leave it until tomorrow when they should have got the engineer's report.
