Connection dropping

For the past month or so our connection drops at least 4 times a day! This is not good when our bills are a bloody fortune, my work requires me to use WiFi and my house alarm has to use wi fi. It's bloody rubbish! 

Not happy that it's supposed to be super fast fibre broadband? its beem a constant problem since we upgrades and is the worst broadband we've ever had. I've been a loyal customer since 2006 and I'm fed up of paying ridiculously high prices for a rubbish service!!!!

@Clair79 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
