Connection disconnected for 2-5 seconds

Moved  from BT  to sky, internet is running on the same cables and me & my wife work from home

both packages have same speeds

Had BT for 2 years, no problems

Had Sky for a week & had issues every day where connection drop every 10-30 mins for 2-5 seconds at a time, https://www.sky.com/servicechecker doesn't pickup the issues
