Slow Wifi

Since moving over to Sky, due to me having issues with EE, I'm not getting good WiFi coverage, or the minimum speed that was discussed when I moved over.

 

Sometimes it's fine, then other times it's very slow meaning other devices are not working as expected. Can someone please contact me to discuss
